Shipping Policies and Cost 

BeWhere products are only available for purchase and deployment in North America (USA and Canada). To order devices in other countries, please contact info@bewhere.com 

Products are carefully packaged before courier pick up.  

Shipping costs are dependent on your order and your shipping location. Add the product to your cart to get your shipping estimate. 

In the event that product is out of stock, it might take 2 to 4 weeks for the product to ship. 

A tracking number will be emailed upon shipping.

Find a missing package that shows as Delivered 

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it: 

Within 48 hours of expected delivery 

  • Verify the shipping address 
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Contact support@bewhere.com

Seller’s and Buyer’s shipping responsibilities 

All products are shipped to the final destination as entered by the buyer and require signature upon delivery. See below for delivery issues resolution. 

Damaged products upon delivery 

If your units arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery at support@bewhere.com 

Please note BeWhere is not responsible for packages that are left at the post office/pick up location if this method is chosen by the Buyer (please track your package using the tracking number provided).  

We address each request on a case by case basis and all exchanges, credits & refunds are at our sole discretion. Please review our Warranty and Returns policies for more information.
