I've ordered my BeWhere products, what happens next?

Once your order is accepted and being fulfilled, you will receive an automated email to create your user account in the BeWhere Web Portal. You will be asked to create a password of your choice, and your username is your email (case sensitive) as you entered it during your shopping checkout.

Log into your BeWhere Web Portal account and review our online resources as there might be a simple fix.

What you will find:

  • Our On-Boarding document for first time buyers of BeWhere products, a quick overview of recommended settings and battery life considerations;
  • Our Web Portal User Guide, a detailed document to learn the full potential of our user platform, 
  • Our FAQ, to review the most common questions.
